Damages and issues
90-day exchange for defective files or packages that fail to load. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
UPDATE—04/15/2025 USPS has lost multiple packages that were dropped off with prepaid labels. The problem has become so severe that four or five packages go missing per week. This is unacceptable, and we apologise on behalf of USPS.
To rectify this, we have switched to UPS Ground as our default shipping carrier.
If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, don't hesitate to contact us to request a new card.
